We wrap our items very carefully, so hopefully this is unlikely. But if it does happen, let us know as soon as possible (within a maximum of five working days) and we'll arrange replacements without quibble.
What happens if the items I order are out of stock?
In this case we'll notify you immediately and give you the choice of a) selecting different items; b) waiting until we can get them in for you, or c) cancelling your order and receiving your money back.
Can I buy cards from outside the UK?
Yes, absolutely! There is a postage calculator for some countries on your basket when you reach the checkout, but if yours is not among them, just contact us and we can arrange to take your order over the phone or via email.
